About GlassBeauty
GlassBeauty is a small, independent shop built around one idea: the parts of a skincare routine that actually feel good are the parts people keep doing.
Most at-home beauty tools are either overpriced clinic equipment or plastic gimmicks that end up in a drawer. We look for the ones in between — well-made, genuinely pleasant to use, and priced so that trying one isn't a decision you have to agonise over.
How we work
We're new, and we'd rather say so than pretend otherwise. We source from an overseas manufacturing partner and ship through a US-based fulfilment agent, which means delivery takes about a week rather than overnight. We put that on the product page, in the FAQ and in our shipping policy, because finding it out after you've paid is the fastest way to lose someone's trust.
Everything we sell comes with 30 days to change your mind. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, we sort it out — we're small enough that a real person reads every email.
What we won't do
We won't tell you a massage tool will erase a decade off your face. Our devices are cosmetic personal-care products, not medical treatments. They feel wonderful, they help your serums absorb, and used consistently they make skin look fresher and less puffy. That's the honest version, and it's the one we'd rather sell you.
