Shipping & delivery
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and typically arrive 5–8 business days after dispatch — so usually a week to a week and a half from the day you order. We ship from an overseas manufacturing partner through a US-based fulfilment agent. We'd rather tell you that upfront than surprise you afterwards.
How much is shipping?
Free on all US orders.
Will I get tracking?
Yes — a tracking link is emailed the moment your order is dispatched. The first scan can take 2–4 days to appear, which is normal.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not currently. Email us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get it to you.
Returns & refunds
What if I don't like it?
You have 30 days from delivery. Email glassbeauty.storesupport@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. You cover return postage for change-of-mind returns.
What if it arrives broken or wrong?
Send us a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full and cover the return — your choice.
How fast are refunds?
Issued within 3 business days of the return arriving, then 5–10 business days for your bank to post it.

Using the device
How often should I use it?
Three to five minutes, daily or every other day. Longer isn't better.
Do I need to use it with a product?
Yes — apply a serum, facial oil or moisturiser first. The device needs slip; using it on dry skin drags.
Bian stone or premium brass — which should I pick?
Same device, same shape. Bian stone is the traditional gua sha material with a smooth, naturally cool feel. Brass is metal, so it carries the warmth more strongly and feels weightier in the hand. Pick on preference.
Is it rechargeable?
Yes, over USB. No batteries to buy.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the plate with a soft damp cloth after each use. Don't submerge it.
Is it right for me?
Can I use it on sensitive skin?
Generally yes — start on the lowest setting and shorter sessions to see how your skin responds.
Who shouldn't use it?
Avoid it on broken, irritated or sunburned skin, over recent injectables, fillers or cosmetic procedures, and if you have an implanted electronic device such as a pacemaker. If you're pregnant or have a diagnosed skin condition, check with your doctor first.
When will I see a difference?
Honestly: this is a massage and skincare-absorption tool. Most people notice the immediate effects — skin feels smoother, looks less puffy, feels more relaxed — straight away. Anything more gradual depends on consistent use and on your skin. We're not going to promise you a facelift.
